The Context

The brand had history and loyalty. Its customer base was growing older.

An established fashion brand needed to become more relevant to women aged approximately 30 to the mid-40s while retaining the credibility, confidence and inclusivity that shaped it.

The Challenge

The visible brief was only part of the business story.

What Appeared to be Needed

More contemporary content and campaigns for a younger audience.

What Needed to be Understood

What the brand should retain, how it should evolve and how a younger audience could discover relevance without the business manufacturing a different identity.

Our Approach

We connected brand rejuvenation with audience and marketing direction.

The engagement brought together positioning, audience strategy, brand expression, marketing planning, content direction and the pathway towards an October 2026 relaunch.

Key Findings

Becoming younger did not mean discarding the brand's history.

  1. The existing customer base was ageing.
  2. The next audience had limited familiarity with the founders or the brand story.
  3. Brand expression, photography, content and marketing needed to evolve together.

The Architecture

The work connected the decisions that shaped what came next.

The Thinking

Relevance is built by translating what is true about the brand for the people it needs to matter to next.

The work established the next audience and coordinated the brand and marketing direction for the relaunch, including a future diverse-model photoshoot.
